CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
It is ABQ Speed Dating Events ultimate goal to organize and coordinate successful speed dating events for all its participants. In order to do that, it is imperative that we have an equal number of men and women register, submit payment, and attend for the actual event at the venue at the time and location posted on our website. With that being said, we cannot give refunds or accept cancellations. By registering and submitting a payment you will have “locked” in your participation for the event. By not issuing refunds or cancellations we greatly increase the likelihood that all those registered will show up for the event. Therefore, all participants will have a greater chance of meeting the amount of people promised.
If you absolutely cannot attend an event that you have already registered and paid for, you do have the option to find someone to go to the ABQ Speed Dating Event in your place. As long as that person is the same gender that you are and compatible with the age range posted for the event. It could be a friend, family member or co-worker. That person simply shows up to the event and lets the Event Coordinator know that he or she will be taking your place.
The only circumstance that we issue refunds, is in the event that we cannot get the minimum amount of participants to register and submit payment for a particular event.
Due to this strict refund policy PLEASE make sure you will be able to attend the ABQ Speed Dating Event that you are registering and submitting payment for.
